Overall Job Responsibilities
- To ensure all electrical wiring and panels comply according to rules and regulations
Responsibilities
- Able to do control panel installation according to design.
- Able to understand electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) and control wiring diagrams.
- To read and interpret electrical diagrams/ drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies, adhering to local electrical codes and
regulations. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Scope of Authority
- To complete the task accordingly to the specification.
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
Competency Requirements
- Vocational /Technical School or TVET Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Required skill(s): knowledge of Electrical engineering, wiring works, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience (hands-on experience) in the electrical field.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing various types of electrical circuitry.
- Able to communicate with a team
- Self-motivated, can work independently, and highly committed.
- Result-oriented, good personality and discipline.
- Possess own transport and able to travel to mainland, Penang if required
- Work together with production and other departments to support the Department’s activities
- Must be a person who is capable of completing projects within the time allotted

CNC Turning Operator

Overall Job Responsibilities
- Program, operate and machine parts for production using Mazaks, lasers, mills, lathes and other power and handheld tools. Operate and maintain lathes, drill presses, milling machines
Responsibilities
- Provide programming support while setting up & operating Mazak CNC Lathes to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts.
- Set up and operate Mazak CNC Lathes – Utilize knowledge of working properties and machining processes for a wide variety of materials
- Manufacture components within the allotted time estimates provided on the job travelers
- Make process recommendations for improved efficiency and work to optimize processes, programs and cutting tools.
- Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement including productivity, quality, safety, environmental and ergonomics.
Scope of Authority
- Program, setup, and operate Mazak Multi-axis Turning Centres with minimal supervision.
- Utilize as many machine tool resources as possible at all times, which may require employees to run multiple machines simultaneously.
- The employee may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related tasks as required by supervisor
Competency Requirements
- Min SPM or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience of CNC Turn using Mazak
- Must be able to Set and operate the machines.
- Master-Cam CNC programming experience & Experienced working in ISO-9001 or AS9100 quality environment is an added advantage

Overall Job Responsibilities
- Remove raised particles and deburring that appearing on metal parts after machining.
Responsibilities
- Repetitive filing or use of a grinder to smooth away nicks and fragments.
- Sanding by hand or sanding with a pneumatic hand tool for more troublesome deformities.
- Wash and polish parts prior to submitting for inspection.
- Keep the work environment clean and safe.
